Por isso, seu funcionamento \u00e9 independente de qualquer dos tr\u00eas Poderes: Executivo, Legislativo e Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m da face mais vis\u00edvel da atua\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, com a defesa jur\u00eddica das normas protetivas da sa\u00fade p\u00fablica, por exemplo, h\u00e1 uma ampla gama de a\u00e7\u00f5es que a Institui\u00e7\u00e3o tem promovido em todo o Estado, em defesa da popula\u00e7\u00e3o que sofre as consequ\u00eancias das restri\u00e7\u00f5es atuais.<\/p>\n<p>Apesar do desafio mundial do momento ser o da sa\u00fade p\u00fablica, os problemas sociais que enfrentamos cotidianamente continuam.
